Princess Royal Gallery for Conferences and Corporate Functions
Royal Naval Museum

The Royal Naval Museum, Portsmouth provides a unique venue for corporate and private functions. A wide range of events, large and small, including breakfast meetings, conferences, seminars and dinners, can be accommodated within our historic buildings.

The Princess Royal Gallery is our main venue for conferences and dinners. On the first floor of the 18th Century Storehouse No.11, it has wonderful views over both Portsmouth Harbour to the west, and HMS Victory , (which is illuminated at night). The Gallery will comfortably seat 100 guests and is fitted with high-quality audio-visual presentation equipment.

The Victory Gallery tells The Story of HMSVictory and the Battle of Trafalgar. The outdoor viewing platform has a superb view overlooking Portsmouth Harbour and the ships of the modern Navy. It is ideal for evening buffets in the summer.

Private viewings of the Museum's exhibitions can be arranged, as can tours of HMS Victory.

The Museum works very closely with the other attractions in the Historic Dockyard (HMS Warrior (1860), the Mary Rose Trust, and Action Stations) and events can be moulded to suit requirements.
