Our  Response Service Level

Our information service receives a high number of enquiries and we are not able to answer your e-mail immediately (including acknowledging receipt). Please allow at least 4 working weeks (which is subject to staffing availability) for a response to your query. All enquiries are answered in a strict order of receipt.
