Patrick O'Brian Weekend

Join us again for another journey into the world of Aubrey and Maturin. The weekend includes a special dinner in HMS Victory, leading speakers on the Georgian Navy and an evening concert as well as time to explore the Historic Dockyard attractions and the Spinnaker Tower.

Pepys Show
Come and meet Samuel Pepys as he returns to Portsmouth Dockyard exactly 350 years since he started to work for Navy. Meet his long-suffering wife, Master Shipwright John Tippetts and a whole host of characters from his famous diary.
The History Re-enactment Workshop bring this fascinating period of history to life in the Arena with a host of activities throughout the day.
